The fifth annual Ice Valdaice Trail Marathon, which is part of the Ivermile Trail series, took place at the end of February in Valday, Novgorod, Russia. The race takes place around the frozen Lake Valdai, where you can enjoy the beauty of wild nature and real Russian winter. The race is attended by over 800 participants who come here from all over Russia, but also from the Czech Republic, Ukraine and Moldova. You can complete the race as a runner or cross-country skier. Runners could choose from 10 km, 21 km, 42 km, relays and there was also a race for children. Cross-country skiing took place in 2 variants - 10 and 30 kilometers.
