Sibil Peeters, aka „The Trainer from Hell“ or „Grandma“, had the privilege to write down the very first episode of NUTREND ACADEMY – the newest seminar/workshop event in our brand new complex NUTREND WORLD.
Former coach of Roelly Winklaar (3rd place at Mr. Olympia 2018) and big name in bodybuilding industry took care of a group of promising Chinese athletes (NUTREND team ambassadors). During the two days, „Grandma“ has showed them her perspective on meals preparation, nutrition, and blood type dieting …but the most interesting part was obviously in the gym, where each of her client understood correctly the expression „Trainer from Hell“. Also, the posing workshop was a part of the game, so attendants got the complete overview on PRO athlete´s preparation. The next day, Chinese athletes had also an opportunity to train with Mr. Olympia 212 competitor and our newest NUTREND TEAM member
