What is your life motto?
BELIEVE IN YOURSELF (only you know what you are capable of).

Your reason to start with fitness and your first success?
I've been training basically from the age of 13, got into it properly from the age of 18, it was all about looking good and feeling healthy at the beginning but now it’s something I'm really passionate about and I'm making a career of.

How do the NUTREND products help you in your sport?
NUTREND products help with my recovery process after training which is very important and the also help with an energy boost to get the best out of my training sessions.

What is your favorite NUTREND product and which one do you use most often?
My favorite NUTREND PRODUCTS are 100% WHEY ISOLATE, BCAA ENERGY MEGA STRONG POWDER, CARNITINE 100000 and THERMOBOOSTER, I use pretty much all these products often.

Where and how often do you practice?
I train at the David Lloyd club in Dartford UK and I train 6 days a week (one muscle group per day).

How do you prepare yourself for a contest?
I pick a show, make myself a training program and nutrition plan for offseason to make improvements before cutting down for the show. I normally start prepping for my competitions 12 weeks out, eat 6 / 7 times a day and also do 30 to 45mins of cardio 4 or 7 days a week depends on my body condition.

Do you remember your best competition? Has this experience influenced you somehow?
My best competition was in 2016, which was my second bodybuilding competition show, I went through a lot getting ready for the competition like personal obstacles, physical challenges, some friends doubting my ability, saying I not going to do well but I end up winning 2 trophies, this makes me realised what I’m capable of and believe in myself more, which is how I came up with my life motto BELIEVE IN YOURSELF.

What is your motivation for training?
My PASSION towards fitness and the drive to be better.

What are your goals?
My goals are to be able to help people achieve their fitness goals with my knowledge, be successful doing it and also be successful as a professional bodybuilder.
