LoginLab 2018 (Krotoszyn, Poland)

LoginLab 2018 (Krotoszyn, Poland)

Datum: 16.7. 2018

Fourth edition of this competition this year. It is definitely the biggest competition in Poland, which takes place once a year.

I was in team category with Jakub Bůček and Pavel Novotný this year.
Athletes‘ registration was held on Friday.
At 3 p.m. the first workout started on the square of Krotoszyn. (bar, prowler sled with 100kg, 10 m of lunges with worm and 8 synchro burpees)
At 6 p.m. the second workout started in swimming pool (swimming, climbing, atlas stone (80kg) and 2km run)
The second day started with workout in a hall with synchro burpees with obstacles, hand walk and horizontal bar synchro muscle ups.
Fourth workout took place on the square and was composed of 100 pull ups, 100 wallballs and TTB on horizontal bar we could divide among each other in the team.
Fifth workout was in the evening and at that time also livestream started. WOD 5 (3x100 DU, 15 worm thrusters, 15 burpees, 20 worm snatches, 20 burpees, 15 worm snatches, 15 burpees, and 9 rope climbings.)
Day three started and ended on the square.
WOD 6 (6 rounds for time, 15 front squats with 50 kg, 21 pull ups and 42 DU)
WOD 7 (snatch maximum and complex 2 deadlifts, 2 hang powercelans and over head snatch)
Final WOD 8 (3x40 DU, 15 synchro pull ups, 15 overhead snatches with worm, 15 synchro pull ups, 30 squats with worm, 15 synchro pull ups, 30 thrusters with worm, 3 lines of hand walks.)
FYI – worm is 6 meters long and 100 kg heavy bag.
Professional attitude, athletes were cared of. Every day we were given boxes with food, supplements and in case we needed, there was a stand with physiotherapists, too.
Second and third day was livestreamed in TV.
We have 3 hard days behind us, even though we dissagreed with our judge during 5th workout, when it seemed everything is lost and we won’t get a medal position, we fought untill the end. This competiton was successful for my teammates and me in the end. We brought silver, which in my opinion is not that bad, considering LoginLab is one of the biggest competition in Poland.
Next year again.
