During the 20 minutes stop, everyone got the FAT DIRECT SHOT and we also organized a beautiful prize contests. Parallel on Monday, tour were in Nutrend World where we spent the entire afternoon. With us there were also Karolina "Kaya_li" Liberdová and Tomáš Tvrdík. You could try 2 jumping lessons with Karolina. You could excercised 2 circuit trainings, under the guidance of Tomáš.
Tuesday 12.2. we went to Kladno to Fit Effect and then we finished the Prague Tour in Fitness Station and FIT2B. At the same time, we spent the whole afternoon in Benešov at Pulse Fitness, where Pavel Szotkowski arrived with us. Pavel trained two winners of instagram´s competition of Pulse Fitness. There were competitions and tastings of the new improved recipe of Excelent bars as well.
Wednesday 13.2. belonged to Kuba Prchal, who participated with NUTREND at the Tour in the Sport Studio Prima in Karlovy Vary. With Kuba was traditionally great fun, as you could see in instastories @nutrendbodybuilding. Coaches and practitioners came to Kuba to advise and exchange their training and nutritional experiences. At the same time, our Nutrend Team worked in Jihlava in M&M Fitness and Fitness Factory, from which they continued into the city of Tábor, where we sampled FAT DIRECT SHOTS and made the competitions in Hard Work Gym Peta, Fitness OC Sun and Gym Palcát.
We celebrated Valentine's Day on three different parts of republic. In Ústí nad Labem in Fitness Arena and T-Club, then in Krupka in Gym Fit Krupka, in Teplice in Fitness Fontána and the first part we ended in Fitness Center Jiskra in Bílina.
We gave FAT DIRECT SHOTS and made the competitions in České Budějovice in Fitness 14, Kvalita fitness and wellness and Fitness Pouzar.
