It's time for #EatwithValci again. Past 2 weeks I was in China, so it was hard to make one post of "Eat with Valci", for some it might have been more like "Don't eat with Valci" :) Sometimes you didn't really know what you had on your plate, but food is food, right? He, he.
It felt really good to get back home on my normal daily routine. Preparing food for the whole day, and training properly.
This dessert was one of the things I missed the most during my stay in China.
Let's call this protein blueberry cake. It's so easy to prepare and I normally eat this for dinner or after my workout, which is most of the time in late afternoon hours.
Recipe:
-2 scoops of NUTREND Protein Pancake mixture in taste neutral -2-3 spoons of water (I prefer more "sticky" mass)
-blueberries
Mix everything together and put into a mug. Set microwave for 30 seconds, and that's it. For me, it's more delicious, when the inside is still »soft«, not baked enough. Because it might get dry if you bake too long. You can also add ice cream on top, or more blueberries, or peanut butter… anything you want. I just have to stay under my macro calories, that's why mine may not look so good. But tastes great!
