ISODRINX
ISODRINX is ideal for hydration and energy supply during intensive exercise lasting up to 60 minutes. ISODRINX helps supply energy, lost fluids, minerals and vitamins. Due to the well-balanced composition it helps reduce muscle cramps. Osmolality of ISODRINX is approx. 280 mOsm/kg, i.e. it is an isotonic beverage.

Recommended dosing:
- Before physical activity: 200 – 300 ml within 30 minutes
- During intensive activity: every 15 minutes approx. 100 - 150 ml
Use:
Once opened, store at the temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 24 hours. Possible mild sediment should not be deemed a fault. Shake before use!
