Isodrinx is available in the form of ready made drink containing 750 ml. Another form is powder in can or in single-use bags.

Recommended dosage:

ISOTONIC DRINK - 35  g (slightly heaped scoop) in 500 ml of water. Drink during the load.
HYPOTONIC DRINK - 35  g (slightly heaped scoop) in 700 ml of water. Drink before and during the load.

For drink preparation do not use mineral waters.
