Carbohydrate complex with 14 % of proteins for starting quality recovery and muscle growth support. It is made from selected protein sources that suitable complement the full value carbohydrate complex. Carbohydrate complex is made up from several types of carbohydrates namely maltodextrin, glucose and fructose. Carbohydrates in combination with proteins are necessary after the workout for starting quality recovery and for turning over of the organism into the anabolic (muscle-building)drive.
