Recommended dosage:
For protection of muscle mass and postponing exhaustion – 40 ml 30 – 60 minutes before activity at the latest.
For speeding up regeneration and support of muscle mass formation – 40 ml immediately after activity.
Usage:
Gently shake before use and measure according to the dosage recommendations. Dilute the measuring cup content with water or a sport drink. Milk and alcoholic drinks are not suitable for preparation. Once opened, the content should be closed properly after use and stored at the temperature below 25°C and consumed within 2 months.
